How's the market? With sales off by 25%, inventory up by 100% and prices falling to 2004 levels, we now have what I call a "Reality Check" market. Realistic Sellers and Buyers, who are willing to accept recommendations and guidance from Realtors with experience in this type market, will be successful. But Sellers that keep relying on out-of-date pricing information, and Buyers who expect unrealistic price reductions, are doomed to failure. Today's marketplace is not for the inexperienced or the "do-it-yourselfer."
