The value of Broward real estate has rolled back to 2001/2002 prices.

The Plantation market is on the verge of leveling off. After 2 years of high inventory and falling prices we are seeing a slight turn around. Homes priced accuratly for today's market are selling in 3-6 months. Buyer's are getting their money's worth as motivated seller's are painting, planting and cleaning. They are offering incentives to buyer's and higher commissions to selling agents. Buyer's on the other hand are less stressed. They have more choice and time to make the right home buying decision. They also have increased negotiating power.
