It finally begins!!! for the low end properties and short sales there are more buyers than available properties! Unless it is overpriced, the condo/townhouse market is booming and getting 2 to 4 offers on each listing.
Of course this is not market-wide. Single family homes are still not a balance but they are closer and homes are moving off the shelf.
