It might interest you to know that as of February 2nd there are 45,136 Actively listed single family homes on the market in the entire Atlanta metro area TODAY.
Likewise, there are 679 single family home listings in ALPHARETTA.
The first week in January, I added a house to the list in Alpharetta/Johns Creek area located at 175 Braided Blanket Bluff.
Alpharetta has increased the number of homes listed for sale UNDER $100,000 from ONLY 6 properties listed in Alpharetta UNDER $100,000 during the months of December and January to 13 under $100,000 today. The lowest priced property is listed at $35,640.
The prices of current homes listed in Alpharetta range in price from $35,640 for a 1972 vintage ranch style "investor special" to $8.9 million for a 9 bedroom/9 full and 2 half bathroom, 60 acre lakeside Monticello inspired estate home designed by Stephen Fuller.
