To give you a frame of reference, as of February 1st, there are 45,136 single family homes available in the entire Atlanta metro area including homes for Sale in CUMMING. Back on December 1st, there were 51,996 single family homes available in the entire Atlanta metro area including Cumming.
Here are the latest statistics for Cumming:
Currently there are 927 single family homes for Sale in Cumming ranging in price from $24,900 to $2.9 million.
There are ONLY 48 single family homes UNDER $100,000 in Cumming.
Likewise, there are 298 single family homes PENDING SALE in Cumming today.
Since December 1st, 235 single family homes have been SOLD and closed in Cumming.
During 2011, from January 1st - December 31st, 2011, there were 1,879 single family homes SOLD in Cumming!
Looks like Cumming had a very healthy year in terms of SOLD REAL ESTATE.
