The most active mainland area is North Glynn County with an average list at 2nd Quarter end of $221,004 and an average sales price of $211,341. This area had 39 closed transactions recorded in our MLS for the 2nd Quarter end for single family homes.
The average list price for 2nd Quarter end on St. Simons Island was $499,312 and an average sales price of $452,712. The South St. Simons area had the most closed transactions for the quarter for St. Simons with 12 transactions with an average sales price for this area of $629,666.
On Jekyll the average list price was $498,495 and an average sales price of $464,500.
Glynn County continues to grow and attract new industry and business. With this growth, people and a work force are looking for their home in Glynn and surrounding counties.
