There have been 21 residential sales of over $10million since the beginning of 2011 and all but two of those sales were bought with cash. All of these sales were along the North Kona to South Kohala coastline which is known as the 'Gold Coast' for obvious reasons.
Those with cash are able to name their price on some of the great deals for properties throughout the Island. And with continued low interest rates, it is still a favorable market for those ready, willing and able to purchase a property now.
