If you are looking for ways to bring more happiness into your future, Maui inventory is much more available and affordable.

The period of "irrational exuberance" in the Real Estate Market is long gone. The financial crisis reminds us all to focus on what is important in our lives and the quality of our life rather than materiel things. What could be more healthy for the mind and body than living or spending time in paradise? This is a good time to take advantage of the interest rate loans before they climb to a rate that make it unaffordable!

I believe the truely desirable properties will continue to keep a strong market value. There are still plenty of potential Buyers for second homes and many of those people have high hopes of retiring here on Maui with it's wonderful Island. Maui has the best lifestyle and possibly the best weather on the planet!. Many people are afraid to purchase in this economic crisis however I personally would rather have my money in a piece of Paradise than in the stock market. The home will always be there but the value of the stock market may not always be there. There is only one Hawaii. Being in Paradise makes me feel good even when times are bad.

Maui has at least 18 micro climates. In the same day you can experience, the cool up-country, the wet rainforest, the desert like South Shore and the perfectly sunny and warm Lahaina.

Lahaina Town is the heart beat of Maui in my opinion.
It is always bustling with tourists and locals enjoying the shops, oceanfront restaurants, live music, theatres and many art galleries.

The world famous Kaanapali is a long beautiful beach with all the amenities. Great hotels, luxury condos, shopping, restaurants and a beach boardwalk throughout the entire resort make Kaanapali a perfect luxurious setting for tourists and locals.

Kapalua has a deep green landscaping with dramatic views. It is a very upscale enviroment with many amenities in a country like atmosphere. Kapalua Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Ritz Carlton has a wonderful new spa in Kapalua. To see the website go to: http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/Properties/KapaluaMaui/Spa/Default.htm?utm_campaign=09039&src=ps
The seaside walkway has breath taking panoramic ocean views.

On the East side of Maui, Hana has scarce availability for purchasing property. It is an excellent place to find peace and tranquility. Take a walk on the wild side and see the tremendous beauty Hana has to offer.

The Wailea-Kihei and the West side has great beaches and a dry climate.

Upcountry offers a cooler climate with a country living lifestyle. If you are a cowboy or cowgirl you'll love Makawao! We have a great Rodeo in Makawao every 4th of July.

Come and see for yourself if you haven't experienced this wonderful piece of paradise.

FYI...Did you know that you can convert your IRA into a Real Estate IRA and purchase property with it? Get more info at www.Pensco.com.

ZIP Code: 96761

Approximate Location Boundaries: West Maui, Lahaina (From Kapalua to Lahaina) and South Maui ( Kihei to Wailea)

Location Characteristics: Maui has a unique economy based on Tourism unlike other places that are based on Technology, Industry or Agriculture, although we do have technology and thriving agricultural businesses. Maui continues to be a very popular Island for many reasons. Here is a place with its warm balmy breezes all year round and lush tropical vegetation yet you're still in the "good old USA". Maui has at least 18 micro climates. In the same day you can experience, the cool upcountry, the wet rainforest, the desert like South Shore and the perfectly sunny and warm Lahaina.

The people of Maui are on a mission to become "greener" and implement more alternative energy for example we have large wind turbines generating electricity for the citizens of Maui and there are plans to expand our wind farms locations.
To view our existing wind farm go to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-phHD7LvXTU
Our Maui Ocean Center has installed wind power too!

The Hawaiian Islands are a "Safe Haven" for you and your family. You can live in a remote area and grow your own food all year round yet still have easy access to Home Depot, Lowe's, Border's Book's, Starbuck's, Jamba Juice, Costco, WalMart and the list goes on. Whole Foods will be opening soon.
On the West Side in Lahaina, we now have a new shopping center with "Barnes and Noble" booksellers with a coffee shop, Outback Steakhouse , Lahaina Farms Gourmet Grocer, Office Max ,The Vitamin Shoppe and Walgreen's.
The beaches here are clean, sandy and easy to get to with awesome sunsets. Lahaina sunsets are famous and very colorful.

You hardly ever have to go to the "other side" anymore!

Lahaina Town is always bustling with all its shops, art galleries, jewelry shops, surf shops, clothes shops, souvenir shops, ice cream shops, coffee shops, internet cafes, restaurants and night clubs. Come and see for yourself if you haven't experienced this wonderful piece of paradise. It's a fun, low stress, healthy lifestyle living here. There is nowhere else on Earth I'd rather be.
