Given the recent national ecconomic trends and presures on the real estate market, this residential community/property marketplace remains somewhat challenged. There are some signs that the Federal Stimulous packages are having a positive effect on the entry level/first time home buyers market. however, it is yet to be seen as to how this all might look if not for the typical Summer market activity. Prices continue to press down slightly, interest rate are holding low, inventory is up, and thus it remains a good Buyer's Market and an Amazing time to be looking to purchase!
Location Characteristics: Geneva is a river town located near IL34 & the Fox River. There is a terrific downtown district and historic district and has Metra service to Chicago.
