Just as other communities in Lake County there are short sales and foreclosures that need to get sold. However, we aret starting this year with more sales activity than we have seen in the past. We hope this is a trend for the year. The interest rates are still at an all time low, house prices low. This makes for a perfect time for first time buyers and those buying for rental properties. In the past month we have seen an increase in inquiries from buyers.
ZIP Code: 60031 Location Characteristics: Gurnee is famous for Six Flags, Gurnee Mills and car dealerships. There are some very nice subdivisons in Gurnee, some newer and some more established. It is close of the tollway so it has easy access to Chicago. It also borders Waukegan and is close to Il. Beach Park in Zion.
