Buyers & Sellers...!!

This area is nothing like the national news is saying about real estate!! Interest rates have never been lower and inventories are fantastic!!

Much of our infrastructure is in place to be the next big city in Maine with a small town flair! L.L. Bean is in town now and the Air Force Base has active duty personnel again. Bangor International Airport has doubled their contracts; even tying in with new airlines and connecting our inter-continental opportunities.

Surrounded by many small townships very close to the hub-bub, many are finding these areas to be popular for the kids and the schools. Sub-divisions or country living or in-town or in-city; the Bangor area has it all.

Inventory of available homes is increasing toward the beginning of the new school year as well which makes it an incredible time to compare all home options for every price range.

Many buyers continue to compare what they can get with their purchasing power, while they are visiting these homes for sale. Nine out of every ten are finding these homes on the internet now and before they make an appointment to see them, they compare what they can get and what the area offers.

With a steady in-flux of business opportunities and jobs arriving in the greater Bangor areas each day, along with our schools, universities and neighborhoods, Bangor continues to be a great place to live life, see the sites, raise our families and make memories. Bangor has been voted one of the top ten favorite places in the nation to live! An hour to the ocean or an hour to the mountains and crystal clear lakes, minutes from skiing, fishing, hunting and recreation of all kinds. National and state parks are within an hour's driving time.

Known as the Twin City or Queen City, Bangor and Brewer are almost identical separated only by the Penobscot River; one of Maine's three largest river systems. Fishing and boating, sight-seeing and outdoor recreation bring many people to this popular destination. Come home to Bangor!
