Penobscot County is located almost in the center of the state of Maine and includes such areas as Bangor and the largest state park called Baxter. We are seeing that many people have been relocating to these areas because of its centralized locale to the ocean and the mountains. Most often, Bangor and her subsidiaries becomes the target to explore before a destination is determined.
Home inventories are up and choices of homes are each day giving the buyers a lot more freedom to compare; informed buyers want to know what they can get for their hard earned dollars.
Home sales are very steady with interest rates experiencing a fifty year low. Sellers can expect more money for their homes and with the inventory being steady, the buyers are comparing their options.
