Almost 100% of my business is based on referrals of satisfied clients. These clients often remark that the buying/selling experience is easier than they expected or experienced in the past. I believe this is largely due to my straightforward style and sincere approach to each partnership. For 20 years I have worked directly with people to understand their unique needs and wants while balancing other situational factors such as organizations issues, budgets or time constraints. In each position, I honed my listening and time management skills to be successful.

Working in human resources for about 13 years gave me the core “people skills” needed for a career in real estate. From this I leveraged organizational, communication and management skills to create an event planning business. For nearly as long, I organized hundreds of parties and reunions. As a small business owner I mastered the art of being efficient, effective – and fun!

On a personal note, I have moved several times including relocating from California. These experiences stay fresh in my mind giving me perspective for the logistics of each impending sale. I am also the mother of three busy school-age children. I truly understand buying and selling homes when families are involved.
