The numerous stimulus initiatives geared toward housing are creating a strong interest in real estate opportunities. This, coupled with the threat of our unprecedented interest rates increasing, bring together the urgency to "get while the getting is good". There is always an interesting blend of opportunity for existing and new home sales in our region. I believe that Frederick County continues to thrive and that the BRAC relocation initiative will fuel higher demand in the region.

Sellers that have taken care of their homes, physically and financially, can afford to continue to reap the benefits in any scenario. While their homes may sell for less than previously anticipated; many sellers with move-up plans are finding that the home they want to buy is also less in cost.

The most savvy buyers and sellers know that it is always a good time to invest in real estate!
