Prices in Weston have remained fairly steady even in this market. For a few years the drastic price appreciation that the town saw was due to builders buying a large percentage of the home that hit the market to build multi-million dollar mansions and mini-estates. With the turn in the markets over the last year or two, little of that has been seen lately but there are still only a handfull of homes offered under a million dollars(20 at this moment in time).

Located just 12 miles west of Boston, Weston has excellent rail, air, and highway facilities. With a majority of the homes on over an acre of land, many homes for sale are well over a million dollars with multi-million dollar estates throughout the town. That said, there is opportunity for Buyers in the $750k to $1,000,000 range. The homes just may need some updating.
