Sales are slow and steady in Annandale. In January, 2 homes sold from the MLS, compared to 5 during the same time period in 2011. The average price was at $100,000, compared to $284,000 during January of last year, so this isn't much of a slip compared to some areas. Since there are so many lakes in the Annandale area, the price statistics don't mean a whole lot without a more thorough analysis on the specific properties.
