The total number of listings have dropped almost 100 units compared to last January now at 180 compared to 271 last yea. Also the number of sold properties were up 24% to last year at 26 to 21. The average price per sale has been impacted by the reduction in inventory and distressed properties now at $155,000 compared to $149,000 last month.
Also total listings have dropped to 178 from 269 last year and new pending's kept pace to last month and last year at 20.
