In 2009, as prices in the surrounding counties are decreasing and inventory is increasing, we are seeing some strength in the local market. In reference to move-in condition homes, we still see very low inventories and a strong desire to buy. In reference to houses needing work, we are seeing weakness and the market is moving downward. As the Fall continues the slugishness should continue, causing inventory levels to increase and possibly cause prices to decrease.

Being a resident of Eastchester for most of my life and g being a product of its schools, I feel that I lend a vast knowledge of the area both in Real Estate and in its history. Since 2000, I have been the top producing agent in single family homes sales in the Eastchester school system. Tri-Crest Realty has been the most successful office in selling residential homes for the past 10 years. Together it has been a great marriage. In the past ten years I have been a part of over two hundred and fifty Real Estate Transactions. I give back to our community by sitting on the Westchester Board of Realtors as the Chairman of Zone six, our area.
