It's a great time to be a buyer!!! Interest rates are very low and homes in Denver are more affordable than ever! Don't miss out on this great time to buy the home of your dreams!!!

If you are currently considering buying or selling your home, it's critical to choose an agent that understands the current market conditions as well as all the complex financial considerations that both buyers and sellers face in this market today.

If you are considering selling your home during these challenging times. It is important to choose an agent with upgraded showcase listings on realtor.com and from one of the largest real estate companies in the world. Since 1997, RE/MAX has been able to boast that "nobody in the world sells more real estate."

Location Characteristics: Denver, North Carolina is a small southern town located at the east end of Lincoln County in western North Carolina.

Denver sits on the west shores of Lake Norman, a very large lake created in 1962 when construction of the Cowans Ford Dam across the Catawba River was completed. Denver and Lake Norman are just a little north of Charlotte, the largest city in North Carolina.

The west side of the lake, where Denver is located, has typically been quieter, with a "laid-back" and "easy-going" atmosphere. A location that offers easy access to Charlotte and Hickory, yet still lets you feel away from it all with beautiful lake views and a small town atmosphere.
