Currently, there are 292 homes available from $44,900 to $1,550,000.
According to MLS data, over the past two months, there have been 45 homes sold for an average price of $209,498. These homes were on the market for an average of 111 days and sold for 88.61% of their asking prices. There are currently 20 additional homes awaiting closing.
