In the City of Bay Village, as of October are 144 homes FOR SALE. The least expensive home listed at $59,800 and most expensive listed at $6,390,000.
Over the past month, 22 homes have gone under contract which have not yet transferred.
In October, 17 homes have SOLD with an average Sale Price of $166,779. The lowest Sale Price was $50,000 and the highest Sale Price was $354,000. The average market time is 77 days.
My opinion for this month: Although Bay Village continues to exhibit signs of a stabilizing market, we are a strong buyer's market. With concerns over unemployment and/or the foreclosure rate, there remains a lull in consumer confidence.
