Dublin is one of Central Ohio's most desired area's. The city prides itself on it's extensive park lands, bike paths & walking trails. The housing market tends to be more upscale with the introductory single family price range primarly starting at around $200,000 & ranging to well above $1,000,000. The recent trend in the area shows a continual rise in the number of properties currently listed for sale coupled with a recent slowdown in active Buyer's. This has caused a larger than normal differential in supply/demand. The marketing time for most homes in the area has trended upward. There is still an active market in the area, but Buyer's are able to be particularly selective in their homebuying choices. Seller's must be prepared to price their homes aggressively and must make sure that they are in top notch condition in order to expect a qualified offer.

Location Characteristics: Dublin is one of the most affluent areas of Central Ohio and also one of the fastest growing. Dublin is primarily located in the Northwest corner of Franklin County, but also reaches into the Eastern portion of Union County as well as the Southern portion of Delaware County. Dublin prides itself on an extensive parks system, strong school reputation and a broad range of housing opportunities ranging in price from as low as $100,000 to well over $1,000,000.
