The average sales price remaining almost unchanged compared to the previous Qtr. and was 4% less than in the 2nd Qt. 2008. Days on the market decreased 14%, from 65 to 56 days compared to the 1st Qtr. and increased 6%, from 50 to 53 days, compared to 2nd Qtr. 2008. The $8,000 tax rebate for first-time buyers should be a benefit for this market in the 2nd half of this year.
