The strongest portion of the market is the new construction market under $239,000 and homes priced under $100,000. Inventory is good with lots of new homes being built. New homes are on the market less than 6 months with used homes being on the market a bit longer but if priced right usually sells in less than 6 months. The key is pricing the home right to sell quickly.
