About Kas Sobey:
I have spent much of my life traveling. I enjoy different cultures and listening to a variety of languages. I am the one sitting at the coffee shop just watching the people strolling by. I grew up in NYC and spent long summers with my grandmother on Long Island. I majored in music. I was a singer and studied both classical and jazz. I was fortunate to also study acting at the Academy of Dramatic Arts. I still sing, in the shower and to Ron, my husband. I have studied & practice Design Coordination. I am certified in Classical Feng Shui (traditional). Also certified/trained in different forms of Conflict Resolution. The most gratifying form for me is mediation. I have mediated in the legal system as well as being a member of our local chapter of the Pennsylvania Realtors Association. I worked in the building industry for over 27 years. I traveled most of the country, so I understand the feeling of leaving a home, packing and locating to a new home. My area of expertise was paint and coatings. I went on to present countless seminars on aliphatic-urethanes to color psychology for designers. During those years I received a Bachelor of Arts in Metaphysical Science. Graduated from the Institute of Childrens Literature in the 1990’s. Wrote a story and had it accepted for publication (after many numerous rejections). I feel that all of my training and life experiences allows me to be an extra-ordinary pro-active agent for you. My negotiating skills are well honed. I can assist and recommend any staging that would enhance your Property. I am also an Eco-broker and understand what it would take to create a more sustainable, energy efficient property for you. I will always listen to you and your needs which come first. I believe that when we come together as a team or partnership, then it is much more prosperous for us all.
