There were 19 Condos listed 'For Sale' . The minimum list price was $200,000 - $249,999 and the maximum, between $350,000 - $399,999. The average list price was $320,400.

There were 5 properties sold, the average list price to sale price was 93%, the average price being $291,100. There were 2 condos sold, the list to sale price was 87% .

Approximate Location Boundaries: Conshohocken is one square mile

Location Characteristics: On May 15th, 1850, Conshohocken became the third incorporated borough in the county, after Norristown and Pottstown. The land for this new borough was taken in equal amounts from Plymouth and Whitemarsh Townships. The borough developed into a large industrial and manufacturing center shortly after its incorporation. Today, however, the borough has experienced a major redevelopment with large office towers and riverfront development. Conshohocken, along with its neighbor West Conshohocken will continue to provide new job opportunities for area residents. It should be noted that some Conshohocken addresses may actually be located in Plymouth or Whitemarsh Townships.
