Looking to buy a house? With the current low historic interest rates many buyers say it is a good time to purchase a home.
If you have to sell a home and look to move and buy another home you may sell it for less than prior to the 2008 market but you are also buying low and when the market improves you have a low interest rate for 30 years and you are in the right place for values to increase.
If you wait until prices go up you are also paying more and potentially interest rates increase.

Per Dutch Fork High's website Newsweek has the school listed among the best in the country! Lots of outdoor recreation close-by. Very convenient location to Lake Murray, I-26 and downtown, USC, Shopping and more.
