Chamberlain is the area's Pheasant Hunting Capital with Motels/Private Homes/Hunting Lodges filling to capacity during the opening and subsequent weeks through-out the pheasant hunting season.
Chamberlain is abundant with tales of history due primarily to it's location on the Missouri River and it's close proximity to the Native American Indian Reservations. Settlers/steamboats & river travelers are all part of Chamberlain's history and more recently the discovery of a young settler women whose remains were recently interned in an area cemetary.

A native of Chamberlain, S.D., Jeannine services the Chamberlain community and surrounding Brule and Lyman county areas.
Jeannine received her real estate license in 1990 and Brokers License in 2001. Jeannine offers 16 years of experience in all areas of the Real Estate Industry.
As a native of Chamberlain, graduating from Chamberlain High School in 1975, her plans would include the return to her home town where she could enjoy her favorite past-time of fishing, the Missouri River, and her family.
Jeannine returned to Chamberlain in 2001, from Yankton, S.D., where she was affiliated with Century-21 Professional Real Estate in the capacity of sales agent/broker associate. In 1999 she earned the designation of "Power Agent/Broker" from the "Darryl Davis Seminars" following a year long intensive training program held in Minneapolis, M.N.
