The price range for homes in Green Hills currently stretches from the mid $200,000's to around $4,000,000. Spring 2010 has seen a rise in sales, but not necessarily in prices and the Fall/Winter of 2010 showed a sharp slow down. The market gained momentum in Spring 2011, but has slowed slightly as summer approaches.
