Sales resumed their decline after rising last month. The number of new and active listings continued to declined helping to keep supply/demand in balance. For the year to date the average and median sales price is still possitive. Allen has one of the lowest supply of homes available for sale in the area. The homes that are in the best condition and priced correctly sell quickly.

There is currently a 4.2 months supply of homes for sale.
