Colonies North has always held it's value well. It is established, and ages of most homes range from 30 to 40 years. The price range of these homes are generally about $80,000 to $200,000.
As of November 2, 2009, there are 5 homes for sale in Colonies North. There are 3 homes now under contract, and 20 homes have sold in 2009 through October. The average sales price of these homes was $150,500 and average days on the market was 89. A total of 24 homes were sold in Colonies North in 2008.
There are signs that rates will be going up dramatically, but for now, with good credit, a good job and some savings, interest rates of between 5% and 5.25% for government and conventional loans are available, both 30-year fixed rates. This was as of November 2nd. This is a great time to begin home ownership! The market has picked up for both buyers and sellers! And there are plenty of great homes and good loans out there!
Looks like another GREAT NEW YEAR for real estate sales. My cell is 860-8402.
