Thirty three homes sold in 2010. Average sale was $144,203, and average days on market was 58. In 2009, 24 homes were sold in Colonies North. The average sales price of these homes was $150,100 and average days on the market was 93. A total of 24 homes were sold in Colonies North in 2008. In 2011, 26 homes sold for an average of $146,428 after being on the market for an average of 64 days.
So far in 2012 no homes have sold. There are currently 8 homes for sale and 5 under contract.
Interest rates of 4.0% or less for government and conventional loans are available with good credit and employment, a 30-year low! This is a great time to begin home ownership! There are plenty of great homes and good loans out there!
