One hundred eighty-six homes sold here in 2008. The average price of these homes was $228,900, and average days on market was 82. In 2009, 176 homes were sold in Encino Park. Average sales price for these was $221,700, and average days on market was 105. One hundred eighty four homes sold in 2010 at an average price of $224,684; they were on the market for an average of 83 days.

In 2011 162 homes sold for an average of $219,703 after being on the market an average of 89 days. there are 41 homes on the market and 15 under contract.

So far in 2012, 7 homes have sold for an average of $219,600 after being on the market an average of 91 days. Currently there are homes for sale and under contract.
