With interest rates so low, and inventory rising, we are truly in a buyer's market. First time home buyers will certainly want to buy in the next few months to take advantage of the first time home buyer tax credit. Seasoned homeowners are taking advantage of the current market by selling their homes now -- admittedly at a lower price than they may have gotten two years ago -- but understanding their "buy up" house is also priced lower.
