The reason I call this a buyers market is because of the low interest rates on mortgages and that our home values are holding steady or up slightly. Even though our inventory has dipped into the range normally called a sellers market we have seen days on market increase which means homes are not selling as fast as they were a year ago. This forces people to be more competitve which benefits the buying public.
Location Characteristics: Plano is a wonderful City of approxiamtely 260,000 people. It is home to some of the top fortune 500 compannies. It has great restaurants, activities and is great for family and kids. Lots of parks, jogging trails, and a great school system. Plano is a vibrant place for people to live and work and it is also where my office has been for over 30+ years.
