No news yet on the extention of the $8000 grant money, however the one good thing that did happen is they passed it to be extended for Military and a couple of other groups, which mean it is looking good for everyone. I will keep you updated as I know more. Be sure to ask your lender about any programs as well. The market has seen some signs of recovery, however I think for the next year we will still see it slower than in the past and home prices still lower. Sales have increased slightly however and the average price is now around $295,000. The days on market remain about the same anywhere from 65 to 70 days. Utah still has a high demand in the Real Estate Market. The number of people moving to Utah is increasing, our unemployment rate is around 2.5 % and Utah is the choice for re-location of many large corporations, which is bringing new jobs to our areas. It is considered to be one of the top 10 places to live and a great place for business and family life. Call me for additional information on any areas through-out Utah.
