Rates continue to be low and last week they were at 4% for a Conventional Loan, 30 year fixed. The average price for homes sold in Farmington the past few months has been around $270,000. The average selling time is still around six months, sometimes a little longer. It remains to be a Buyers Market, however things are beginning to pick up which may help turn things around for our Sellers. Utah is the choice area for re-location of many large corporations, which contributes to new jobs and new home buyers. It is considered to be one of the top 10 places to live and a great place for business and family life.
