As of August 3, 2009, there are 104 active residential listings in Chantilly and the average number of days on market is 110. The list prices range from $91,000 to $1,300,000; the average list price is $546,511 and the median is $494,000. The current market absorption rate is 2.26.

46 residential sales in Chantilly closed during the month of July 2009 (down from 67 in June). These sales ranged in price from $92,094 to $750,000.

The average list price was $377,851 (down from $381,461 in June) and the average net sales price (less seller concessions) was $372,735 (down from $377,339 in June).

The median list price was $358,950 (down from $379,500 in June) and the median net sales price was $365,000 (down from $373,230 in June).
