This area in the southern part of Hampton Roads is also growing quickly as local residents and new families relocating to the area, that desire more open space, are moving into Chesapeake. We have more inventory now and that is helping the home buyers have more leverage which is allowing them get concessions from the Sellers. The tax credit for both first time and repeat home buyers is helping the market also.
