Prices have dropped , it is not unusual to see price reductions and there are good deals available.. Depending on your preference, or what part of the county you are looking in (there are four large real estate areas here) , we can probably find the right home for you.Prices can vary significantly by areas , some start at $160,000 and others start at $ 280,000.Generally the further out you go the lower the prices , and you will find more new construction( there is plenty of new construction).We expect some good activity this year and for smart buyers , good deals, I am encouraged that the market is picking up.
