Location Characteristics: Dale City is still one of the most affordable residential areas in all of Northern Virginia. It has big businesses, shopping malls, loads of high quality restaurants, ammenitites for fun lovers, and just an overall family oriented area. Price ranges of single family homes run from the $90,000 range to over $1M and they are all nice size homes. Interest rates are LOW; BUY now. Our inventory, of homes for sale, is currently low. The Real Estate Market may be returning to more normalcy with prices rising and more buyers than sellers.
