The absorbtion rate or month's supply remained unchanged at 5.67 months. Average Days on Market for those properties actually selling increased from 87 to 94. The average sales price of listings actually sold during July decreased 3.5% from $484,855 to $467,897. Thus followed a 3.37% increase in the previous month,
