Currently there are 309 homes on the market with an average list price of $242,252. With 46 homes sold in May this equates to a 6.7 months supply. May saw 46 homes sell with an average sales price of $198,302 compared to 51 homes selling last year... MORE->

Home sales in Helena were strong in the month of May 2008 with 49 homes closing. This was up from 34 in March and the highest monthly sales number since June 2007 (51). The average salesprice continues to tick down though and was $194,914. Prices... MORE->
