There were 42 home sales in Pelham Alabama in July 2008. This was down from a high of 47 in May higher than June's number of 41. The average salesprice was $198,632, down from $205,211 in June, with sales ranging from $72,900 for a 2 Bedroom, 1.5... MORE->
