What I am noticing in Fort McMurray is, more homes being listed each day than are going condition/pending. This doesn't necessarily mean it's a strong buyers' market. I feel it's just the time of year, what with kids just getting back into school... MORE->

There are a lot of multi-family properties on the market, with even more in various stages of construction. Their prices are still slightly lower than we saw at the peak a couple of years ago. Single family homes are virtually right back to... MORE->
