MY OPINION ABOUT MARKET CONDITIONS FOR CUPERTINO: January 16, 2012 The overall inventory of houses in Cupertino continues to be comparatively low with only 38 homes active as of January 14. This should indicate a reasonable sellers market.... MORE->
