Hermosa is the anomaly of the Beach City towns. Inventory is up slightly in Hermosa. In the other Beach Cities inventory is down. However sales seem to be very stable. There are 6 Strand homes for sale with prices starting just under $6,000,000.... MORE->

There has been 14 residential sales in the month of September 2009 with 89 days average days in the market. The least expensive residence that sold was a 1bd/1ba condo unit for $382,500 on PCH and the most expensive sale was for a brand new single... MORE->
