There has been 11 residential sales in the month of May 2009 with 58 days average days in the market. The least expensive residence that sold was a 1,310 SF condo in a 7 units' complex for $649,122 and the most expensive sale was for a newer single... MORE->

Inventory is up slightly and sales are better then last month. There are 7 Strand homes for sale with prices starting just under $5,000,000. North Hermosa Strand properties are worth a bit more then those closer to the pier.. Available properties as... MORE->
