In November 2011, 68 homes were sold in Brandon with the average sales price of $125,674 and taking on average 87 days to sell. Brandon is still in a buyers market although the housing market is beginning to stabilize. We are seeing multiple... MORE->

Throughout the Tampa Bay area home prices continue to edge down just a bit. Now, of course you would have to look at the various areas in an around the Tampa Bay area. Home values in Brandon will not be the same as the home values in Wesley Chase.... MORE->
