Sales and pendings are steadily increasing in the last month, and closings are increasing in number as well.. Most of the sales activity continues to be focused on Foreclosures and Short Sales. Prices have dropped to record levels. There continues... MORE->

The foreclosures and "short sales" are proving to be great deals for buyers. While the banks are not negotiating much from their list price they are pricing the properties at very good marketable prices. The banks are working well with short sales... MORE->
