Best buys in my opinion are "Rehabs" or remodeled older homes. I still like the neighborhoods near the old Mills & Nebraska Lumber Company [ie Brookhaven Subdivision]. Construction at Mills Park, along 17-92 has begun. Active listings in MLS are 265... MORE->

National Market Report Existing - Home Sales Rose in July to the Higest level in five months. Sales increased 3.1% in July but still 13.2% lower than July 2007. We expect more balanced conditions for 2009 and will eventually return to normal... MORE->
