Still a fantastic buyer's market...historically low rates on loans coupled with dramatically reduced pricing is the good news. The incentive to "get moving"? Inventories are low....back to 2005 levels; and there is a slight....very slight "tick" up... MORE->

I have worked the Downtown Orlando area since 2000, owned property in Downtown Orlando since 1985, and have not seen prices this low for quite some time. I reside in College Park area and it is still as desirable as always, which is keeping prices... MORE->
