While home prices have dropped across the country and across Atlanta, Virginia Highland and the surrounding intown neighborhoods continue to retain their value. Home prices have dipped, but Virginia Highland remains strong with it's desirable intown... MORE->

There are tremendous tax incentives right now for all first time buyers (Federal) and Georgia has a tax credit of up to $1800 for all buyers, on qualifying properties as well. In addition, interest rates remain very low, inventory remains high and... MORE->
